How do I place a bid?

1. Log in as a member
2. Enter your bid amount
3. Click "place bid"
4. Confirm the bid

How do I buy out?

1. Log in as a member
2. Find the "buy out" button next to the auction listing name
3. Click "buy out"
4. Confirm the bid

Is it possible to retract my bid?

Currently, No. If the function is enabled by the administrator, you will be able to do so by clicking the "retract" link beside your bid.

How will I know if I am outbid?

You will receive a email notification if you were outbid. You will still be able to place higher bid if the auction has not ended.

How to ask sellers questions about the item they are selling?

You can ask private questions in the box below item descriptions. The seller will then receive a email notice. If the seller has enabled public question, you will have the option to ask questions where the question and answer can be viewed by anyone.

What should I do if a seller stops a auction?

Although we hope everyone do their job of fulfilling their end of the bargain, we really have no way to enforce the seller.
