Default Monthly fee - rip off or not?

What's your stance on the monthly fee?

I think it's reasonable, but they should give long time players a discount. Blizzard can definitely afford to do so. They should also extend the trial accounts, 10 days is hardly enough.

I'm hoping for a price drop soon though as WoW is getting rather old.

Some people get really into the game so it seems like nothing. Though if you play occasionally it is definately not worth it. Or if you do not make much money.

It is more likely the price is going to go up because I think the game is becoming more and more popular, but I agree with you, they should give long players a discount. I personally don't play wow because there are lots of great "free" games out there you can try.

i dont think the price will go down, the game seems to becoming more popular, it's like the "in" thing to do right now, and since wrath of the lich king is set to be released right before the holidays there will be another "boom". however i do think that blizzard should definitely give discounts (or free months ) to long term players and they definitely should extend the trial period (perhaps 30 days) to people that are just experiencing the game for the first time. 10 days is too short, you're just starting to get the hang of it in 10 days lol

Red face

I don think they will reduce the money. Me and my friends formed a group and were about to raise a question on this to the concerned person. Will inform you once I get back from them.
