First of all make page design easy understanding, now there is dark layout, a lot of links and it is har understanding what where is. Make it easier understanding and better looking. My first imppresion of this site was that like i would be logged in Line Age 2 forum :]
Page should be comfort to "eye" and attracting

If I were Simon Cowell from American Idol , I'd say :
What is the website name hawk mean. How does mmohawk relate to mmorpg. Why is there a hawk in the name of the website. There is no hawk around here. If this website is about popular mmorpg games official discussion and guides forum and if I were u I'd put the name of the website h t t p ://w w w .mmopro.com. And what is that ghastly spinning wow avatar. Looks like something out of the 80's.

Another idea, u can allow [img] code for signature, I love signatures.
