City of Heroes Marvel and NCsoft have reached agreement

Last year game publisher NCsoft sued by comic giant Marvel who protested that some user created superheroes (and super villains) in MMORPG games City of Heroes and City of Villains memory is really about the characters from the Marvel universe.
